Iran is prepared to reinitiate nuclear talks with Washington on condition that it is treated with "respect" and "respect", Tehran's top diplomat has stated.

The citizens of Tehran have become more powerful, more united, and more endorsing of the leadership and the nation in the aftermath of this attack."
