Development layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island included in the photographs.
Furthermore contained in this recent document release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated plans to build upon the sprawling island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section labelling different areas of the property.
In addition to this are what appear to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, featuring layouts for dock shelters.
Further documentation made public as part of the current investigative process.
